About This Clinic
This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.
Treats both adults and children. Provides a full range of services which include preventative, restorative, major dental care (including simple oral surgery, crowns, bridges, and dentures), as well as emergency care.
A Sliding Fee Scale is offered to anyone who may need services from any of their medical providers as well as behavioral health, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy and dental.
Qualification for this benefit is based solely on your family size and income.
