About This Clinic

This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.

Services include:

extractions, infection control, and palliative treatment. In rare cicumstances, restorative dental procedures are offered to homeless patients who are completing addiction recovery, vocational training, or job-skill enhancement programs.

For the uninsured, this clinic offers a sliding fee discount, based on your family size and finances. You will need a pay stub, an unemployment check stub, a recent tax return, or a letter from your employer to prove your family income to qualify.
They also accept Medi-Cal, Medicare, most private insurance, most HMOs, senior and commercial plans, and self-pay. They have Medi-Cal outreach workers and representatives from Healthy Families at our Health Centers that will assist patients with enrollment in these programs.
