AltaMed is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center, which makes it able for them to use a sliding fee scale program for services if you qualify.
Hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
