About This Clinic
This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.

CHC dental clinics offer a full range of services, from cleanings to fillings and from root canals to crowns. Our dentists are experts at easing discomfort and allaying misapprehensions about dental care.
As an essential component of primary care, CHC dental hygienists clean patients’ teeth, and educate them on proper dental hygiene and how to prevent future dental problems. We also offer dentistry as a school-based service to instill healthy habits early in life.
A sliding fee is available to all patient of the Community Health Center. No one is denied access to the sliding fee discount. Contact any of our staff members for assistance in applying for the sliding fee discount.
