About This Clinic

This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.

Special Needs dentistry. This program includes patients with craniofacial anomalies, lip and cleft palate, mental and psychomotor delays and medically compromised children. A large percentage of these children are Medicaid recipients.
Services Include:
-orthodontics (braces)
-pediatric dentistry (children's dentistry)
-endodontics (root canal therapy)
-periodontics (gum disease, implants)
-oral surgery (extractions)
-prosthetics (complete and removable partial dentures, crowns, bridges)

Hours: Mon - Fri 9am-5pm

Eligibility:
Individuals with disabilities, serves ages 0 to 15
Fees:
Accepts Medicaid, CMS, no private insurance accepted, no sliding scale.
