About This Clinic

Free primary care, dental care (restorative, extractions and hygiene services) and some specialty care including rheumatology, dermatology, neurology, general surgery, women's health services, chiropractic care and physical therapy. Laboratory and pharmacy services also included.
Intake Procedure    Please call 850-607-7775 and leave a message with your name and phone number. A volunteer will call you back for pre-screening.
Intake Requirements    ID card or driver's license, proof of Escambia County residency, Medicaid denial letter and last 4 weeks of pay stubs are also required.

Hours of Operation     Thursday 5:00pm - 8:00pm

Types of Fees    No, all services are free to patients
Insurance Accepted    No-free clinic
Capacity Limitations    Yes, our capacity varies according to the number of volunteer doctors we have and how many patients doctors will take.
Wait List    No, we only take as many names as we can handle that month. New names are taken the next month
Eligibility    All patients must be 200% below Federal Poverty Level, with no health insurance, Medicaid or Medicare. Patients must provide a Medicaid denial letter at intake appointment before first doctor's appointment can be made.
