This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.

Dental Services:

    Adult Dental Care
    Children’s Dental Care – all ages
    Fluoride Treatments
    Cleanings and Hygiene Education
    Routine Dental Procedures
    Extractions
    Fillings
    Community Education, Health Fairs
    Health Screenings and other events.


Payments/Insurance:

    Accepts Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Debit Cards, Money Orders.
    Accepts most Insurance: Medicaid, Medicare, Blue Cross / Blue Shield and Self pay patients.
    Patient payment is due at time of service.
    They offer a discount sliding fee program – with a low copayment to all eligible uninsured and underinsured patients – based on household income for all of their services.
    They also participate in a discount prescription program.
