About This Clinic

We are happy to have your child as a patient here at the dental center. We would like to make you aware of our policies to prevent any confusion when it comes time for your child's dental appointment and treatment.

Appointments:
Available Appointments: We try our best to schedule children as soon as possible. But please remember that we have a large population of children in need of our services.

Broken Appointment Policy: When appointments are made we do expect them to be kept. These appointments are made for your convenience. If you fail to keep an appointment you are depriving someone else of this time. It is your responsibility to keep track of your child's appointment. If you are unable to keep the appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in suspension or dismissal from the dental center.

Treatment Rooms Policy:

It is our policy that parents remain in the waiting room while your child is being treated. We understand your child may be worried about the dental appointment but we appreciate your cooperation with this policy.

If your child has a dental emergency (toothache), you must call the dental center between 8:00 am and 8:30 am to make an appointment. We will make every effort to schedule your child an appointment that day.

Fees Payment:
All fees must be paid at the time services are delivered unless prior arrangements are made. Based on your financial, payments can be made by cash, check with ID or MasterCard and Visa.
Up to 18 years old and has no dental insurance coverage. Sliding Fee Scale based on income.

Hours: Mondays through Fridays 8am - 5pm.
