This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.

Comprehensive and affordable general primary medical care, diagnostic test, urgent medical care, 24 hour coverage, family planning, HIV testing and counseling, immunizations, gynecological care, laboratory services, diagnostic testing, basic X Rays, preventive and restorative dental care, mental health services include treatment and counseling, pharmacy services, case management, transportation, and other enabling services.

Referral for imaging, Lab, Hospital, Children's Medical Services, We Care, Rehabilitative Care, and WIC.

General Dentistry Services are available at two Treasure Coast Community Health locations, in Fellsmere and South Vero Beach.

Treasure Coast Community Health is committed to providing affordable dental care, and is one of a limited number of dental practices in Indian River County that accepts children that are covered by Medicaid insurance.

Monday-Friday / call for hours and appointments.

  • Friday : 8:00 a.m.- 3:30 p.m.
  • Saturday Alternating s: 8:00 a.m.- 3:30 p.m.
