Free healthcare is provided to working uninsured adults in Bibb County, Georgia, who meet financial requirements. Caring volunteers and donors provide professional services at no cost to eligible patients at the clinic located on Rogers Avenue near Ingleside Village. Patient Eligibility Guidelines
Be actively employed.
Live in Bibb County.
Be between the ages of 18–64.
Be uninsured (no Medicaid, private or employer-provided health insurance, or VA benefits).
Provide a valid social security number.
Provide a current year tax return for you and your spouse.
You must earn no more than 200% of the 2015 federal income guidelines:
1-person household $23,540; 2-person $31,860; 3-person $40,180; 4-person
$48,500; 5-person $56,820; 6-person $65,140; 7-person $73,460; 8-person
$81,780. For families with more than 8 persons, add $4,160 for each additional person.
Eligibility Screening
Patients must be screened for eligibility before seeing a physician. Screenings are offered every Thursday from 2–4pm. No appointment is necessary. Please bring the following items to your screening:
Picture ID.
Social Security card.
Letter from your employer stating that you are employed and you do not have health insurance.
If your spouse is working, a letter from your spouse’s employer stating that there is no insurance that covers you.
If you are self employed, bring an up-to-date Profit and Loss statement and Schedule C.
The last six payroll slips for you and your spouse.
Two utility bills with your name and address to confirm Bibb County residency.
Current year’s 1040 tax return for you and your spouse. If you file separately from your spouse, we consider both incomes. You must provide the spouse’s 1040 for the current year.

Appointments with a healthcare provider are available on:

Tuesday 5–8pm
Wednesday 9am–12:30pm
Thursday 9am–12:30pm
Saturday appointments are available, every sixth Saturday.
Eye Clinic Hours: Monday 2–4pm
Dental Clinic: Monday 1–4pm
Established patients who have seen a physician may schedule a dental or eye clinic appointment.
