About This Clinic

Provides health care services for economically disadvantaged adults and children, including Medicaid recipients and low-income families. Services provided include physical exams, hearing and vision screenings, eyeglasses, and basic dental care, including preventative and restorative treatments.


Fees:- Registration for Eye Exam fee: $20 (nonrefundable fee that reserves an appt with licensed optometrist).
- Eyeglasses/Fitting/Dispensing fees: $60 single vision; $80 bi-focals.
- Adult Dental Program/Exam fee: $40 (nonrefundable fee that reserves an appt for a dental exam and entrance into St. Clare's Dental Clinic Program.
- Partial & Full Dentures: $150 (per appliance).


Hours:Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm; by appointment.
