This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.

Services include:

•     Cleaning


•     Fluoride treatment


•     Sealants


•     Emergency services


•     Periodontal scaling (treatment for gum disease)


•     Fillings


•     Extractions


•     Dentures and Partials referred to specialty offices outside of HealthPoint

Sliding Fee Scale- Scale requires proof of income (example: pay stub or tax return). Scale is based on family size and income. Discounts can be 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100% of all services.

Hours:
Monday - 10:30am - 7pm
Tuesday - Friday - 8:30am - 5pm
Expanded Hours Tuesday if dentist available - 5pm - 7pm
Expanded Hours one Saturday a Month - 9am-5pm
