About This Clinic
This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.
The center offers integrated services with one medical record, allowing for better coordination of the patient’s medical/dental needs and overall well-being.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 9am-5:30pm
Thursday: 9am-7pm
Saturday: 9am-5pm
Sunday: 9am-4pm
Affordable sliding-scale fee if you are uninsured, unemployed or your current employer does not provide medical insurance.
