About This Clinic
This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.
Patients must live at or below the federal poverty line and be residents of Bradley County, Tennessee, in order to be eligible for service from Karis Dental Clinic.

screening Mon – Fri 9:00 – 11:00am or 1:30-
2:30pm.
If you are approved and bring a $20
money order, we will schedule your first
appointment with the dentist. Please bring:
Picture ID
Current mail with your name and address
Proof of HOUSEHOLD income – for you and
all those in your house that have income (pay
stubs/SSI/Disability papers, food stamp letter,
proof of child support, etc.)
