About This Clinic
This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.
- The Lentz Dental Clinic provides comprehensive dental care for children up to age 21.
- Limited adult emergency care is also available.
- TennCare is accepted, and for those patients who do not have TennCare, a sliding fee schedule based on income and number of people in the household is available.
- Proof of Davidson County residence, proof of income and proof of number of people in the household should be brought to the first visit.
Work Hour
Mondays through Fridays 8am - 4:30pm.
