Dental clinic providing a full range of services, including cleanings, dental exams, dentures, extractions, fillings, oral hygiene instruction, restorative care, root canals, sealants and X-rays.
Eligibility:Low income and medically underserved individuals and families.
Intake procedure:Accepting new patients by referral, call for more information.
Fees: Accepts Medicaid, BadgerCare Plus, and some private insurance. For the uninsured, a sliding fee scale is available.
Hours: Dental Clinic Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:00am-5:00pm, Friday 7:00am-4:00pm
