The ANHC Dental Clinic provides comprehensive preventative care and procedures for all ages.
The Dental Clinic accepts all dental insurance plans. You can use the Sliding Fee Discount program for dental services. Services are now discounted at a flat fee per visit instead of a percentage. Please contact the dental clinic for more information.

Examples of proof of income include:
• One month of paycheck stubs showing gross income
• Social Security benefit letter
• Unemployment benefit letter
• Letter from your employer on company letterhead stating your gross monthly income
Please bring a completed Sliding Fee Discount Application to your appointment, with proof of income for all members of your household.
