About This Clinic
This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.
Accepts most insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare. Additionally, all services are offered on a sliding fee scale that is based on your ability to pay. Ask about the sliding fee scale at the time you check in for your visit. You will be asked to complete an application and, pending approval, you will be billed based on your level of income for the number of people in your household.
The AICS clinic offers all general dentistry procedures including:
Exams
Cleaning
Digital imaging x-rays (Panoramic and 3D)
Fillings
Extractions
Crowns
Root Canals
Bridges
Partial and Full Dentures
Implants
Cosmetic procedures such as bleaching and veneers are available.
We also provide specialty services that are scheduled with our visiting Dentists:
Orthodontic Dentistry (Braces)
Endodontic Dentistry (Root Canal)
All patients need to be seen by an AICS dentist for evaluation before being referred to one of the visiting specialists.
