In some rare circumstances, restorative dental procedures are offered to homeless patients who are completing addiction recovery, vocational training, or job-skill enhancement programs.For those who are uninsured, this clinic offers a sliding fee discount, based on your family size and finances. You will need a pay stub, an unemployment check stub, a recent tax return, or a letter from your employer to prove your family income to qualify.
As well, they also accepts Medi-Cal, Medicare, most private insurance, most HMOs, senior and commercial plans, and self-pay. They have Medi-Cal outreach workers and representatives from Healthy Families at our Health Centers that will assist patients with enrollment in these programs.
