About This Clinic
This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.
Services include:
Cleanings, Fillings, extractions, Routine exams, X-RaysThey offer free oral health assessments for children entering kindergarten or first grade in the next year. Screenings satisfy the new state requirements that each child have a dental 'check-up' before entering public school for the first time. Dental assessments are not cleanings or routine dental care; they are a measure of the child's current oral health.
Under our sliding scale payment plan, a patient must complete a short form (one page) and provide us with a recent pay stub or other form of income verification to qualify. Sliding scale rates vary from no payment up to 70 percent of a customary fee.
