Eligibility:
- Ages 3 and older.
- Medicaid accepted (up to age 21).
- Sliding fee schedule and financial aid available, charges based upon income
- Must be an existing Westside patient.

Patient Age Categories - Families - all ages - children to senior|Charge for Service - For uninsured - minimum is $45/visit - Total charge via sliding fee scale based upon income
Insurance Accepted - Medicaid and all other insurances|Dental Services Provided - Exams, Cleanings, Extractions, Hygiene, Sealants, Gum Care, Fillings, Crowns & Bridges, Partials, Whitening, CA Screening, X-rays, and Emergency Care
Documents Required at Time of Appointment - Last two pay checks or social security card
