About This Clinic

This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.

  • Oral exams, screenings, and hygiene education
  • Fluoride Treatment
  • Restorative services and extractions
  • Referrals for oral surgery, endodontics, orthodontics, and other dental services as needed

Community Clinic offers a discount for services to our uninsured patients. That discount is determined by income and household size. To determine what discount you are eligible for, please bring Proof of Income (POI) to your first appointment.
