About This Clinic

This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.

The Health Care Center for the Homeless (HCCH) provides health services for anyone who is homeless and resides in Orange, Osceola, and Seminole Counties.  HCCH also provides care for residents of Orange County who have a home but are uninsured and whose income falls below 200% of the current Federal Poverty Guidelines.
Dental Services:

  •  Emergency dental care
  •  Oral screenings
  •  Cleanings
  •  Restoration work
  •  Referrals for surgery
The cost of services is determined by a sliding fee scale based on total household income, the number of persons living at your residence, and in accordance with the current Federal Poverty Guidelines.  The minimum charge for a medical visit is $10.00; for a dental visit - $10.00; for a behavioral health visit - $10.00; for pharmacy - $6.00 per prescription.
