This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.

Good Samaritan Health and Wellness Center serves those who:
live or work in Pickens County, Georgia
have a household income within 200% of the Federal Poverty Level
have no medical insurance, though limited services may be available to those with restricted insurance
All patients are screened for eligibility and should bring proof of residence and proof of income with them. Questions can be directed to the eligibility volunteer at 706-253-4673.
Hours of Operation:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
