This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.
Services at the DeWitt/Piatt Community Dental Clinic include:
- Cleanings.
- Exams.
- Extractions.
- Fillings.
- Sealants.
Hours: Wed, Fri, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
Eligibility: Services are for both adults and children.
Fees: Sliding scale for those without insurance. Medicaid and Managed Care Organizations affiliated with Medicaid, private insurance, and private pay accepted.
