About This Clinic
This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.
Preventative dental services are provided to patients ages 0-4 several times a month by appointment only.
Dental services are provided at schools for students regardless of insurance status. For patients at others sites, cost is based on a sliding fee scale.
