Fees

Sliding scale fees. Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, and private pay accepted.

Uninsured patients pay a co-pay based on income.

Work Hours

Tuesday & Thursday - Medical Only - 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Wednesday & Thursday - Dental Only - 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.
