Adult Extraction Clinic
When is the Adult Extraction Clinic?  The extraction clinic is usually held two times each month.
Who is eligible?   Tooth extraction is offered for low income adult residents of Allegany County on a sliding fee scale, including adults who have a Maryland Medical Card.
How do I get an appointment?  Each month a specific date is set up as "call in day" for scheduling appointments.
How do I find out when the "call in day" is?  Call 301-759-5030 to ask when the next call in date is.
What do I do on "call in day"? On "call in day" make an appointment by calling 301-759-5032 after 8:00 a.m.

Children's and Pregnant Women's Dental Health Clinic
Who is eligible?   Any child in Allegany County age 6 months through 20 years, and pregnant women of any age, on Maryland's Medicaid Program, that have an active and valid Maryland Healthy Smiles Dental Card.
How can we help?   We want to be your child's "Dental Home".  Our dental team, will partner with your family to prevent dental disease.  Our services include; instruction in daily mouth care, tooth healthy diet guidance, mouth examinations, cleanings, needed x-rays, and protective fluoride and sealant applications.  If dental disease occurs, we will work with you to control it, and do the needed dental work in our clinic.  We can also refer to other participating dental specialists if needed.
