About This Clinic
This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.
Evening hours. Medicaid children, limited adult Medicaid, sliding fee, fee for service. All general dentistry.
Hours:
Mondays, Wednesdays 7am to 7pm
Tuesdays 7am to 5pm
Thursdays 7am to 5:30pm
Fridays 7:30am to 1pm.
Closed daily for lunch from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm
Sterling Area Health Center has a sliding fee available to qualified individuals who do not have insurance. Our plan can significantly reduce the cost of your office visits!
If you are paying cash, you're expected to pay at the time of service. If you have insurance and are expected to pay a co-pay and / or deductible, that amount is due on the day of service.
