Dental Lifeline Network - Michigan Donated Dental Services

About This Clinic

Provides dental care (includes extractions, oral surgery, and dentures) through volunteer dentist and dental labs. No emergencies. Offers one-time only assistance. Program cannot pay existing dental bills. Applicants with Medicaid are expected to exhaust that resource first.
Eligibility: Age 65 and over.
Individuals who are permanently disabled or medically compromised and below 200% of Federal Poverty Guidelines.
Uninsured and needing extensive dental care (no emergencies).
One time use of service only.
Fees: None for qualified applicants. Occasionally, individuals in a position to pay for part of their care may be encouraged to do so, especially when laboratory work is involved.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
