About This Clinic
This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.

Ages treated: All ages are welcome.
Myrtle Hilliard Davis offers a sliding fee program to help reduce barriers to access to healthcare services for patients. The sliding fee scale applies to patients without health insurance who also do not qualify for Medicaid. The
sliding fee scale is based on household size and the poverty guidelines.
Work Hour
Monday-Friday: 8am – 5pm
Tuesday: 7am – 5pm
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed
