This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.

Central Montana Community Health Center provides access to dental services through the use of contracted dentists within the community.
CMCHC determines patient’s eligibility to utilize dental services during the intake process. When a patient requests dental services they will need to complete the intake form and provide proof of identification, current demographic information and insurance. Patients who have dental insurance will be instructed to follow up directly with a dentist of their choosing.
Patients who do not have insurance are required to provide proof of income and apply for the sliding fee discount. The sliding fee scale will determine which/if the patient qualifies for the Dental Program.
