Jordan Health centers and primary care offices are federally qualified and accept most insurance.
For individuals without health insurance, Jordan Health can provide a sliding fee discount based on household size and income.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Wednesday, 8:00 am – 9:00 pm.
