About This Clinic
To restore the oral health of low-income, uninsured, veterans, elderly, and developmentally disabled Oklahomans with no other means to pay for dental care, by providing free comprehensive dental care through a network of volunteer dentists.
Intake procedure: Call for application. Those who are eligible will be placed on a waiting list to receive services.
Fees: None.
Eligibility
Must be 60 years of age or older, low income and uninsured.
Or must be developmentally disabled, low income and uninsured.
Or must be a veteran, low income and uninsured.
Documents required
Must provide proof of income and proof of residence. Veterans must provide DD214/discharge papers.
