About This Clinic

The Creston Children's Dental Clinic is one of the few places in Portland where large numbers of low-income children can receive regular, high quality dental care in a clinic setting.

Dental Services:

 Dental cleanings, exams, and fluoride treatments

 X-rays

 Sealants

 Fillings 

 Extractions

 Root canals

 Emergency treatment

 Referrals to specialists


Who Qualifies for Free Dental Services

 Children enrolled in Portland Public Schools (grades kindergarten through 12th grade)

 Young adults in the Community Transition Program, PISA, and Summer Scholars

 Children who have Oregon Health Plan (OHP) insurance through ODS, Capitol Dental, or Advantage Dental

 Children who are uninsured and qualify for free or reduced lunch

 Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 3:30 pm.
