you are uninsured, our enrolment specialists can assist you in applying for health insurance or we can offer a sliding fee based on family size and family income.
Hours:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Tuesday and Thursday, 8:00 am - 7:00 pm.
Saturday, 8:00 am - 2:00 pm.
