The center is a comprehensive, multi-specialty primary care with three facilities offering affordable, accessible, high-quality medical and dental care. The Erlanger Community Health Center has board-certified or board-eligible professional providers including pediatricians, internal medicine specialists, nurse practitioners, and dentists.
The Health Center also provides cutting-edge disease management and wellness promotion services to our patients. These services are an integral part of our approach to providing high-quality clinical care. They are an essential part of our interactions with the communities and neighborhoods that surround the Southside, Premier Healthcare, and Dodson Avenue locations.
Access to emergency care hospitalization or other specialized services are provided through our affiliation with the Erlanger Health System. We provide health care regardless of the patient's ability to pay.
