Payments accepted: Private Insurance, Medicaid, CHIP, Medicare (where applicable), Medicaid-on-hold for patients 2 years and under, Cash, and Uninsured assistance available based on family size and income (a sliding fee).
CHSA provides care on a sliding fee basis. The sliding fee schedule is based upon family size and income. Please speak with staff to see if you are eligible for this service.
