About This Clinic
This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.
LRHC was designated a Federally Qualifed Health Center (FQHC) in December 2005. We formally began business operations in June of 2006. Little Rivers is a not-for-profit, FTCA-deemed organization.
Oral Health/Dental Care - Dental van for children and referrals to local dentists for adults.
Offer a sliding fee scale for those who are uninsured and under-insured.

Monday 7:30 AM till 5:00 PM
Tuesday through Thursday 7:30 AM till 6:00 PM
Friday 6:45 AM till 5:00 PM
Saturdays from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (By appointment to patients of all clinics)
