About This Clinic
This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.
Community clinic serving the uninsured and underinsured in our community and surrounding areas.
We
see adults and children, and offer primary medical and dental care, as
well as prenatal care, psychiatry, cardiology, orthopedics, dermatology,
nephrology, gynecology and internal medicine.
76% of our
patients are uninsured, and we offer a sliding scale from $10-$60 based
on annual income, but no patient is ever turned away for financial
reasons.
We do not send bills and do not have a billing service.
We accept Medicaid, Medicare and Tricare.
We accept walk in patients, and are open 5 days a week and two evenings.
