About This Clinic

Provides medical, dental, and public health services targeted to serve homeless individuals and families. Services are offered at the 8th Street clinic, satellite sites, and at selected shelters/homeless provider agencies in Yakima.
Outreach services, respite care, transitional and permanent supportive housing also available.
Services offered are:
- Medical and dental care
- Lab tests and X-rays
- Medical equipment and supplies
- Pregnancy tests and screening for STD's including HIV and Hepatitis
- Maternity Support and Prenatal Care
- Infant case management and parenting support
- Referrals to chemical dependency and mental health providers
- Prescription assistance for clients
Eligibility
Must be homeless.
A homeless person is an individual without permanent housing who may live on the street, stay in a shelter, mission, hotel, abandoned building or vehicle; or any unstable or nonpermanent situation.
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8am-6:15pm; Friday, 8am-4:15pm.
