This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.
Provides comprehensive general dentistry services, dental screenings, preventive and restorative services to help maintain oral hygiene and tooth health.
Serves all patients, regardless of inability to pay.
Accept Medicare, Medicaid (WA Apple Health), Tricare, most private insurances, and private pay on a sliding fee scale.
Dental Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
