Many insurance plans accepted including Washington Apple Health, Medicaid, Tricare and most private insurance plans. Call the clinic to determine if your insurance is a plan we accept. Low-income patients may be eligible for a sliding fee discount

Monday - Saturday, 6:30 am - 5:30 pm.
Closed for Lunch, Monday - Friday, 11:30 am - 12:30 pm.
Saturday, 12:00 pm. - 1:00 pm.
