Family Health Centers of Southwest Florida, Inc.'s medical offices accept assignments from Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance. FHC provides assistance to its patients in determining their eligibility to receive healthcare benefits under Florida's rapidly changing Medicaid system. Visa and MasterCard are accepted as a method of payment. Checks and cash are also welcome. FHC participates with several health maintenance organizations (HMOs) and physician hospital organizations (PHOs). Family Health Centers of Southwest Florida, Inc.'s dental offices accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or dental Medicaid. Family Health Centers works with those who are uninsured or who have limited coverage, and we offer a discounted fee program for those that qualify based on family size and income at the patient's request.
