Must be 55+ and on limited income. Must pick up a new patient packet and complete before you becoming a patient.
Mon. -Thurs.: 8 - 4 p.m.
Retired licensed volunteer physicians, nurses and ancillary personnel provide care for persons 55 years of age and older who are on limited incomes. Services include physical examinations, limited treatment and monitoring of chronic illnesses. No emergency services are available. Dental services are available-waiting list is closed at this time. Potential new patients must pick up a new patient packet and complete before becoming a patient.
