About This Clinic
Heart of Kansas Family Health Care strives to provide comprehensive primary health care services based upon identified community needs, to individuals and families that otherwise would not have access to this care, regardless of ability to pay.
All insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, and Farm Worker Program participants are accepted.
A sliding scale of discounted fees is available to those who qualify. Your costs are based upon your income level and the number of people in your household.
