About This Clinic
The Shawnee County Health Agency - Community Health Center (SCHA - CHC) is not a free clinic. Healthcare services are provided based on a sliding scale fee for those who qualify. Services are not denied based on inability to pay and appointments may be rescheduled to a time when a patient is able to meet their financial obligation for services.
The sliding scale fee is based on your household income assessment. It is important that complete and accurate information about your household income is provided.
