About This Clinic
This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.
Provide preventive and basic dental services including:
Cleanings
Fillings
X-rays, Dentures/Partials
Tooth Extractions
Fluoride Treatment
Root Canal
Crowns
If you do not have medical or dental insurance or if your insurance does not cover certain services, you may be eligible to enroll in our Sliding Fee Program. Fees are discounted based on household size and income.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm.
