About This Clinic

This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.

The Greater New Bedford Community Health Dental Center provides
preventive, restorative, and emergency dental care as well as
extractions, dentures and whitening.

Reduced-cost sliding fees and Health Safety Net is also available. Benefits Counselors are available at all Health Center sites to assist new and established patients with determining eligibility for insurance plans and programs.

You will need to bring the following information with you when you visit a Health Benefits Counselor:
    Photo ID (driver’s license, passport etc.)
    Proof of income (two weekly pay stubs or one bi-weekly pay stubs, income tax forms)
    Proof of Immigration Status (legal permanent resident card, visa, asylum, etc.)
    Proof of Citizenship (a photo ID along with a birth certificate or a passport)
