About This Clinic
The Fountain Clinic helps those whose yearly income is below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines, who do not qualify for other programs such as Medicaid/Medicare and who cannot afford other insurance programs.
Dental services provided: Dental services such as cleanings and screenings are also offered at the clinic. The Fountain Clinic also partners with the Calhoun Dental Initiative to provide dental services.
